I Can’t Look Up

I’m very pleased to be able to share my new single with you all. ‘I Can’t Look Up’ is a collaboration with the wonderful paulfcook.

I loved working on this song with Paul. I loved the chords and soft tone of the guitar and knew it was something I could write to.

I had recently read an article called “Hedonism is overrated” with the subtitle – “to make the best of life there must be pain,” which really resonated with me. This inspired the philosophical lyrics of the song which explore searching for meaning, and finding it in people, nature and the interconnectedness of life.
